Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Since 2001, he has been a partner in a professional partnership of advocates providing investment services — in particular in the public procurement sector in the scope of road and motorway construction.
In 2003, he passed the exam for candidates for supervisory board members of companies of the State Treasury. He has provided comprehensive services to companies, as well as advisory services to management boards and supervisory boards of construction industry entities, and to a company with a nationwide network of several dozen branches; he has also created branches and representative offices for foreign entities, and dealt with the restructuring of enterprises.
Since 2001, he has co-operated in the fields of regular tax advisory, cost optimisation, and risk diversification as part of a professional partnership of advocates and tax advisers; he has also conducted proceedings before administrative bodies and courts. Currently, he specialises in conducting construction investments in many industries, as well as providing legal services and co-ordinating teams of advisers for residential, commercial and large-format investments.
He participates in the organisation of start-up projects on the Polish and British markets. He also provides advice on financing the development of new technologies and legal supervision of teams implementing IT projects. He speaks English and German. He builds effective and efficient advisory services with the full involvement of the law firm’s team.
