Agnieszka graduated from Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. She also completed postgraduate studies in “Public Procurement” and “Negotiations and Mediation” conducted by WSB in Poznań. Then she graduated “Public Aid” at Warsaw School of Economics.
She specializes in public procurement. In the years 2004 – 2006 Agnieszka was an arbitrator from the list of the President of the Public Procurement Office. As a legal advisor she advises both contracting authorities and contractors as a public procurement expert.
Agnieszka represents ordering parties and contractors in appeal proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeals in public procurement area. She has conducted a number of professional trainings in the field of public procurement.
For several years she worked in the managing authority of the operational program – she conducted a legal supervision over the implementation of programs financed in the 2007-2013 and 2014-2020 perspectives.
