Since the establishment of the law firm, he has offered ongoing legal advice to a group of companies from the sector of modern and state-of-the-art medical technologies, as well as a world leader in the industry — in the scope of corporate matters, competition protection, personal data protection and public procurement across the country.
He has advised Polish and foreign investors on property acquisitions as well as on the implementation of infrastructure investments in the road and rail industry.
He provided legal advice on corporate restructuring processes in enterprises, in terms of business optimisation in complex operations, which resulted in the achievement of goals set by the clients, including in connection with the tax optimisation being implemented at the time.
He has significant experience in dispute settlement, and unique experience in providing legal advice in cross-border disputes involving several territorial jurisdictions.
He acts as a legal adviser in creating structures of foreign enterprises in Poland, to whom he provides comprehensive legal advice with the full support of a team of experienced lawyers from our law firm.
Currently he focuses, inter alia, on high-quality legal advisory services regarding the implementation of projects in the IT and modern technology sector. As part of this activity, he manages the work of a team of lawyers from our law firm related to know-how and technology transfer transactions and data protection, as well as financing and implementation of new start-up projects.
He has considerable professional experience in the field of defence in criminal cases and leads teams of defence counsels in complex criminal trials.
He represents the law firm and continues to strengthen its position worldwide as a member of the French Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Poland based in Paris, France.
