He is graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wrocław and postgraduate studies in Law and Economics of the Capital Market at the Warsaw School of Economics. Currently he is completing his professional training at the regional bar council in Katowice.
Particularly interested in commercial law, capital markets law and comprehensive services for entrepreneurs. At the Department of Economic and Commercial Law of the University of Wrocław he defended his master's thesis "Conditional increase in share capital in a joint-stock company".
While working in a mining company, he gained experience in public procurement law, currently he advises both contractors and ordering parties. He also supports clients in criminal proceedings.
