Attorney trainee at the Bar Association in Katowice. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. In 2015, he defended his master thesis entitled 'Know-How License Agreement', written under the guidance of Prof. Janusz Strzępka, PhD.
During the studies he worked at the Intellectual Property Rights' Research Club, as well as Student Legal Clinic at the University of Silesia as the secretary and a member of the civil law section. He has also gained experience as a voluntary - assistant of the judge at the Division of Family and Minors of the District Court Katowice-Zachód in Katowice. His areas of interest include copyrights, industrial property rights, as well as economic and commercial law. He is the author of the chapter entitled 'Virtual World as an Independent Work. Creative Use of Elements of Computer Games. Machinima' in the publication 'Law in Virtual Worlds' edited by Katarzyna Grzybczyk, PhD. He speaks English fluently.
